East Portland Kids Call for Bus Passes That’s the conclusion of a study by the Youth Environmental Justice Alliance and OPAL looking at how young people’s access to public transportation affects their ability to succeed at school and later in life.
They’re calling for the scheme to be extended so that students in the East of the City have the same chances as other kids in Portland.
